Domestic Transportation
In mainland China, we flexibly match high-quality transport carriers (including professional stone logistics, well-known express companies, etc.) based on product characteristics (such as size, weight, and complexity of customized processes) and customer delivery addresses to ensure transportation safety and efficiency.
Shipping fee description
Delivery time
After domestic shipment, the estimated delivery time is usually 3 – 10 working days (may be longer in remote areas), which is affected by factors such as the transportation carrier, logistics peak period, and destination traffic. The progress can be tracked on the official website or cooperative logistics platform through the order number.
International Shipping
Shipping fee description
International shipping costs vary depending on product weight, size, packaging requirements (stone requires special protection), and destination (different logistics costs in different countries/regions). When placing an order, our customer service will provide you with a detailed shipping plan (including ocean freight, full container, air freight, etc.) based on your needs.
Delivery time
After international shipment, the estimated delivery time is affected by the transportation method and customs clearance process:
Sea Freight: usually 20 – 45 working days (such as to major ports in Europe and the United States), depending on the route and destination port;
Air Freight: Usually 5 – 15 working days (expedited orders available), please allow time for customs clearance.
Note: In case of force majeure such as customs inspection, policy adjustment, etc., the delivery time may be extended. We will assist in following up the customs clearance progress throughout the process.
Tariffs and additional charges
We are not responsible for the customs duties and import taxes that may be levied by the destination country. Such costs are borne by the customer. It is recommended that you consult the local customs in advance to understand the policy, or entrust us to assist in customs clearance (additional service fees need to be negotiated).
Special Instructions
If the product contains special craftsmanship (such as fine shadow carving, complex splicing), we will strengthen the packaging protection (customized wooden boxes, shockproof filling), which may affect the freight and timeliness, and we will communicate with you in advance;
In case of delays caused by force majeure such as bad weather, logistics system failure, etc., we will promptly inform you and coordinate solutions, but we will not be liable for direct loss compensation. We recommend that you purchase transportation insurance as needed.
