Process Disassembly

Stone and sandblasting base: Gray-white granite (Mohs hardness 6-7) is selected, and its uniform particle structure provides an ideal base for sandblasting. After the regular stele is shaped by CNC cutting, the whole or part is sandblasted: the diamond particles are pushed to impact the stone surface by high-pressure airflow, forming a “uniform rough texture”, laying the foundation for subsequent carving and decoration, and building a “simple and powerful” visual tone.

Composite process presentation
- Sandblasting + Line Engraving: The inscriptions and pattern outlines (such as angels and heart shapes) are engraved with line engraving technology (depth 1-2mm). On the rough sandblasted base, the details are outlined with delicate lines to achieve a contrasting dialogue between “rough texture and fine patterns”;
- Sandblasting + coloring: After sandblasting to highlight the outline of key symbols (such as crosses and rings), they are filled with black weather-resistant paint to strengthen the visual focus and convey the “layered and solemn sense of commemorative information”;
- Surface protection: The entire surface is treated with nano-silicon-based protective agent, which retains the sandblasting texture while resisting water stains and weathering erosion, ensuring the long-term stability of the rough texture and color pattern.
