Process Disassembly

Stone and shape: Gray granite (Mohs hardness 6 – 7) is selected, which is solid and durable, suitable for long-term outdoor storage. CNC cutting is used to shape the irregular natural raw stone shape, retaining the natural texture and contour of the stone, and the surface and edges are hand-polished to weaken the sharpness, presenting a simple and close to nature visual effect, and constructing the commemorative tone of “originating from nature and returning to nature”.

Carving and decoration
- Text processing: The memorial text adopts line engraving technology (depth 1-2mm), the font is clear and regular, and it blends with the simple style of the stone, conveying the pure feeling of “emotional expression directly reaching the heart”;
- Pattern presentation: The pastoral scene at the bottom is dotted with shadow carving (density 150 dots/cm²) combined with line engraving, which delicately restores the tractor, sheep, and pastoral scenery, and uses life scenes to strengthen personalized memory associations;
- Protective treatment: The entire surface is protected by penetration of silicone-based protective agent to resist weathering and stain erosion, ensuring long-term clarity of text and patterns and lasting preservation of commemorative significance.
