Process Disassembly

Main stone: Black polished granite (Mohs hardness 7-8) is used. Its natural dense structure is suitable for outdoor memorial scenes. It is cut into “irregular geometric outlines” by CNC water jet to simulate the “undulations and tension” of the American terrain. The edges are hand-polished (chamfer R5-8mm) to balance the toughness of mechanical cutting.

Theme carving: using shadow carving + relief composite technology:
- The details of characters, flags, etc. are dotted with shadow carving (density 250 dots/cm²), presenting “photo-level realistic accuracy”;
- The national flag, mountain and other large surfaces are stacked with shallow relief (height 1-3mm) to strengthen the “three-dimensional narrative level”;
- The surface is treated with nano-antifouling to resist erosion by industrial dust and acid rain, ensuring long-term clear images.

Combination technology: The four monuments are logically connected in series according to the “American spiritual context” (Homeland→Family→Patriot→Sacrifice), and the bottom is connected with stainless steel concealed frames, which not only ensures the flexibility of independent display, but also can be combined into a “narrative sequence” to adapt to the needs of multi-scene exhibition.

Scene Immersion

Core scenes: military memorial parks, veterans cemeteries, patriotic education bases. Especially suitable for institutions and families who “hope to systematically display the ‘American spiritual heritage'”. Different from the thinness of conventional “single monuments”, this one is more suitable for the needs of “large-scale memorial narratives”.
