Process Disassembly

Main stone: We choose the colorful gray granite (Mohs hardness 6-8), whose natural texture presents a gradual effect of “mountains on top of mountains”, echoing the urban landscape image of the Eiffel Tower’s “steel jungle”. The rough material is cut by five-axis CNC cutting to ensure the natural fusion of the monument’s curved surface and the stone texture, and the edges are hand-polished (radius R3-5mm) to weaken the mechanical feel.

Tower carving: Made of Shanxi black granite (glossiness 85 – 90), it undergoes laser 3D scanning + manual refinement: first, a 1:500 scaled-down model of the Eiffel Tower is reproduced, and then industrial details such as “rivets, welds” are hand-carved (protrusion height 0.5 – 1mm), and the surface is mirror polished + nano-glazed to present a “piano black” texture, simulating the cold luster of steel.

Splicing process: The main monument and the iron tower are spliced with hidden tenon joints (tenon diameter φ10 – 12mm), and the bottom is filled with elastic sealant, which not only ensures the stability of the structure, but also allows thermal expansion and contraction to adapt to the temperature difference of the outdoor environment.

Scene Immersion

Core scenarios: urban cemeteries, art memorial parks, overseas Chinese family cemeteries (especially suitable for customers who have an international perspective and pursue personalized memorials). Different from the “solemnity and simplicity” of traditional tombstones, this one is more suitable for families who “want memorial carriers to have both artistic sense and cultural symbolic value.”
