Process Disassembly

Stone and shape: Black granite (tabletop) and gray granite (main body of the turtle) are selected, and the tough texture of the stone echoes the passionate gene of “Ninja Turtles”. The creative form of “tabletop + turtle relief” is shaped by CNC cutting. The turtle part adopts a combination of round sculpture + relief, and the tortoise shell texture and clothing details are hand-polished (the fluctuation difference is 1-3cm), constructing the core narrative of “childhood hero protection”.
Carving details
- Ninja Turtles statues: The turtles are presented in round sculpture (protruding height 5-8cm), the turtle shells are dotted with shadow carving (density 200 dots/cm²) to restore the texture level, the face and weapons are manually refined (error <0.5mm), depicting the “passionate, protective” demeanor; the clothing and eye masks are combined with line engraving + painting to enhance the “classic character recognition” and convey the “vivid feeling of childhood memories”;
- Tabletop and base: The black granite is treated with nano-glaze to present a mirror texture, which forms a “cold and warm texture contrast” with the rough stone of the turtle relief. The base is engraved with a “city building” bas-relief (depth 1-2mm), echoing the “urban hero” background of the Ninja Turtles and extending the narrative level.
