Process Disassembly

  • Stone and shape: Black granite (Mohs hardness 7-8) is used. Its dense structure and high gloss give the monument a simple and solemn texture. Through CNC precision cutting, a regular rectangular shape is shaped, and the edges are manually polished (chamfer R2-3mm) to weaken the hardness of mechanical cutting, adapt to the natural atmosphere of the lawn scene, and build a “simple and eternal” memorial tone.
 
  • Surface treatment: The surface of the monument is mirror polished + nano-glaze. Process: Mirror polishing gives the stone a mirror-like luster and enhances visual purity; nano-glaze forms a protective film to resist water stains and grass juice erosion in the lawn environment, ensuring that the “black as ink, bright as a mirror” texture is maintained for a long time, making the memorial timeless.
