Process Disassembly

Stone and shape：The main body is made of high-gloss black granite (Mohs hardness 7-8), which is CNC cut and polished to create a smooth arc surface, simulating the curved contour of the saddle, and the edges are hand-finished (chamfer R3-5mm) to restore the delicate texture of western saddles. The auxiliary stone is gray granite, which is used to carve details such as saddles and boot decorations. Through the composite process of shadow carving + relief carving, the layered texture of leather and metal accessories is presented.

Carving details
- Saddle body: The three-dimensional shapes of the saddle bridge and saddle are shaped with relief (height 2 – 4mm), and the surface is dotted with shadow carving (density 200 dots/cm²) to simulate the pores and stitching of leather, restoring the handmade texture of western saddles;
- Cowboy boot decoration: adopting the combination of round carving and line engraving, engraving boot patterns and spur details to strengthen the symbolic recognition of “Western cowboy”;
- Inscription processing: The name and date of birth and death are presented using the line engraving and gold filling technique, which not only ensures readability, but also forms a visual contrast with the black stone, highlighting the commemorative core.

- Western theme cemetery: As a physical symbol of “cowboy spirit inheritance”, it integrates ranch and equestrian memorial area to strengthen the cultural attributes of the scene;
