Process Disassembly

Main stone: North American gray granite (Mohs hardness 6-7) is selected, which has a rough grainy texture and is suitable for the “American West pioneer spirit”. The rough material is CNC cut into a “mountain embrace” shape to simulate the natural rock texture, and hand-carved to enhance the concave and convex texture (depth difference 2-5mm), restoring the original feeling of “growing in the wilderness”.

National flag carving: 3D relief + shadow carving: the “star stripes” on the flag are raised with relief (height 1-2mm) to simulate the folds of fabric; the “star points” and “flag gradient” are dotted with shadow carving (density 200 points/cm²) to show the light and shadow layers of the fluttering flag. The flag pole is partially embedded with bronze alloy (distressed treatment), forming a “hard and soft material contrast” with the stone.

Surface treatment: The main surface of the monument is diamond sand blasted + matte glaze to retain the natural reflective particles of the stone and prevent acid rain erosion; the national flag area is partially laser etched to enhance the details and ensure that the star-stripe texture “looks powerful from a distance and has quality when viewed up close.”

Core scenes: American cemeteries, veterans memorial areas, family ancestral halls (overseas Chinese families). Especially suitable for customers who “hope to combine personal commemoration with national identity”, such as veterans’ families and Chinese-American families.
