Process Disassembly

Stone selection and processing：The main body is made of high-density black granite (Mohs hardness 7-8), which is deeply polished and nano-glazed to present a mirror texture, which not only enhances the visual impact, but also resists outdoor weathering and acid rain erosion, ensuring long-term preservation. The auxiliary stone is light gray granite, which is cut into irregular contours by CNC water jet to simulate the undulating terrain of the United States, and the edges are manually polished (chamfered R5-8mm) to balance the toughness of mechanical cutting and the warmth of the commemorative scene.

Carving technology composite：Using the composite technique of “shadow carving + relief carving + line carving”
- The core elements such as characters and national flags are presented with shadow carving (dot density 250 dots/cm²), accurately reproducing details and achieving “photo-realism”;
- Background scenes (such as battlefields and homes) are stacked with bas-reliefs (height 1 – 3mm) to create spatial layers;
- The text inscription adopts line engraving technology to enhance the sense of solemnity and ensure that the information is clear and lasting.

Assembly and installation：The four monuments are logically connected in series based on the “American Spiritual Heritage” (Homeland → Family → Patriot → Sacrifice). They are connected at the bottom by concealed stainless steel frames, supporting “single independent display” and “series combined narrative”. They are suitable for various scenes such as military memorial parks and veterans’ cemeteries. They are calibrated with laser positioning during installation to ensure the unity of the overall visual and spiritual narrative.
